What is your legacy? What gets you up in the morning? What motivates you to have an impact on people around you? In this video series about leadership, Joseph shares what motivates him.

“As you get older, you start thinking about when you leave this earth and what your legacy is about”, he says. “To me it’s the youth of the world. It’s watching them grow, being able to impact their views of the world, and making sure you’re going to leave this world a much better place than it was found.”

You know, at the end of the day, for me, it’s really about kids.

Maybe as you get older, you start thinking about when you leave this planet, you leave this earth, what is your legacy about?

And to me, it’s the youth of the world. It’s experiencing and watching them grow; being able to impact their views of the world and making sure that you’re going to leave this world a much better place than what was found.

So, my personal motivation? I work with a lot of children’s groups. I spend a lot of time coaching and mentoring young men and women around the world. And that’s what makes me get up each and every day. NEOM is not for ME. I’m not at NEOM to build a better environment for me.

NEOM is about building a better environment for the next generation.
