Executive Programs | Full-Day Immersions
Five Executive Programs. One Outcome: Decisions Your Competitors Can’t Copy.
These are not keynotes. Each program is a six-hour executive immersion led by Joseph M. Bradley and his senior team, combining strategic frameworks, commercial application, and executive communication. Your leadership team leaves with decisions made, not notes taken.
Every program follows the same discipline: 3 hours of strategy and frameworks with Joseph, 90 minutes of commercial and operational translation, 30 minutes on carrying the message to your board, your market, and your people, and Joseph’s closing wrap-up, where the day’s decisions become commitments.

Program 01
The AI-Powered Enterprise™
A One-Day Executive Immersion
The Promise
In six hours, your leadership team moves from “we're experimenting with AI” to a ranked portfolio of AI initiatives, an ownership model, and a 90-day activation plan, built in the room by your executives.
Who It’s For
Executive teams · Business unit leaders · People leaders · Functional heads · Transformation champions · Rising leaders · Anyone with a hand in shaping how the enterprise puts AI to work
Why It Matters
Most enterprises are running AI pilots. Almost none are running AI-powered operating models. The gap between those two is where the next decade of competitive advantage will be won or lost.
The Agenda
| Time | Session | Led By |
|---|---|---|
| 9:00 – 10:30 | The AI-Powered Enterprise: What Leaders Get Wrong. Why 80% of AI investments fail to move the P&L, the operating model shifts that separate leaders from laggards, and the framework Joseph has used with Fortune 500 boards and national-scale transformations. | Joseph M. Bradley |
| 10:30 – 10:45 | Break | |
| 10:45 – 12:15 | Working Session: Your Enterprise, Rebuilt. Live working session applying the framework to your business. Your team maps AI against your value chain, pressure-tests assumptions, and ranks initiatives by economic impact, not by hype. | Joseph M. Bradley |
| 12:15 – 1:00 | Executive Lunch (facilitated table discussions) | |
| 1:00 – 2:30 | From Strategy to Revenue: Operationalizing the Plan. How to structure the commercial side of your agenda: ownership, sales and go-to-market alignment, partner strategy, and the operational discipline that turns initiatives into revenue. | Beverly |
| 2:30 – 3:00 | Owning the Narrative. How to communicate your AI strategy with authority to your board, your employees, and your market. Your team leaves with the language and positioning to lead the conversation, not react to it. | RaNelle |
| 3:00 – 3:30 | Closing: The Decisions You Made Today. Joseph brings the day full circle: the initiatives your team ranked, the owners you named, and the first move each leader commits to before leaving the room. | Joseph M. Bradley |
You Leave With
A ranked AI initiative portfolio · An executive ownership model · A 90-day activation plan · Board-ready messaging

RaNelle Bradley|Director of Thought Leadership, JMB X
Narrative & Communications Speaker
RaNelle Bradley is a scholar, writer, and communications strategist who brings a rare combination to the stage: rigorous academic training in language, narrative, and rhetoric paired with real-world experience shaping messages for some of the world's most demanding communications environments.
She holds a PhD and a Master of Philosophy in English and American Literature from New York University, where her published doctoral research (ProQuest) examined how language, identity, and perception shape human understanding: the same forces that determine whether an executive message lands or dies.
She earned dual bachelor's degrees from the University of California, Davis, graduating with High Honors, and taught literature and analytical writing at NYU.
RaNelle is an invited presenter at the Shakespeare Association of America's national conferences, where her scholarship has appeared across multiple annual meetings, a testament to her standing among the field's leading voices on narrative, meaning, and interpretation. Professionally, she has honed her strategic communications craft at Edelman, the world's largest communications firm, and at Purpose Brand, an award-winning Chicago brand strategy and PR agency, translating complex ideas into narratives that move boards, markets, and audiences.
In every program, RaNelle delivers the communication layer: the board narratives, market positioning, and executive messaging that turn a strategy into a story people follow. Few people can move between four-hundred-year-old texts and tomorrow's earnings call; RaNelle built her career on exactly that range.
